Cancellation & refund policy

We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as you can, so we can offer your time to another guest.

• 24 hours or more before your appointment: cancel or reschedule with a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the service is refunded.
• No-shows are not refunded.

Privacy

Bodhi Wellness Spa keeps only the details needed to run your visits and send the messages you choose to receive: your name, email, phone number, appointment details, and any notes you share with us. Gift purchases ask for the recipient's name and contact details so we can send the gift.

Online booking, payments, and gift cards are handled securely by our booking system, Mangomint. This website does not collect or store payment information.

Before a treatment, you may be asked to confirm that you are free of contagious illness and that you consent to the planned treatment. You can opt in or out of wellness tips and offers at any time. Questions about your information? Email information@bodhiwellnessspa.com.

Terms

Appointments reserve the service, length, and therapist you select for that time. Please arrive a few minutes early so your treatment can begin on time. Wellness massage and esthetic services are not medical care; please share any health conditions or concerns with your therapist before your session.
